The people or person working on the OST get it.
Thing is, they sound so much like SNES Mega Man X and i'm not referring to the sound library they're using, i'm talking about how the melodies and the feel of the songs sound like something Capcom would actually do during the SNES era. I don't know who the composer is, but MAN DOES IT SOUND GOOD. This is not what i have heard from Corrupted. Usually with fan games, they remix old stuff and when they try their hand at custom music, sounds very derivative from other tracks of the franchise, but i am aware it's not always the case. I can't deny that the gameplay videos look very good and the level design looks surprisingly sophisticated, but what really caught my attention was the OST. I usally don't pay attention to fan games, with some notable exceptions like AM2R, but with each new preview video from Mega Man X: Corrupted my hype levels kinda go up as it really looks very good, tho i admit i have a thirst for Mega Man X cause it's my favorite Mega Man incarnation I'm sure many of you have been keeping an eye for this fan project, as i have.
